Bhreagh
I’m originally from Cape Breton and moved North in 2017. First Living in Yellowknife, then making my home here in Whitehorse. My love of yoga grew alongside my love of travel, mountains, ocean, and time spent in nature. I became a yoga teacher in Tofino on Vancouver Island, where I deepened my practice and began to see yoga as much more than movement.
My teaching is grounded, approachable, and rooted in the belief that yoga can help us slow down, reconnect, and create a little more space in our busy lives. I’m continually learning and love sharing the practices that have helped me along the way.
Meagan
With over a decade of teaching experience and an even longer personal practice, Meagan offers classes rooted in the traditions of Ashtanga and Vinyasa style yoga. Her teaching is deeply informed by her studies and practice at Toronto’s Downward Dog Yoga Centre, where this style of yoga first made a lasting impact—one that continues to inspire her to connect inward and move with intention.
Meagan’s classes blend breath-led movement with moments of stillness and strength, creating space to pause, reset, and step away from the demands of daily life. Her sequences are dynamic and thoughtfully paced—designed to build heat, cultivate focus, and increase both strength and flexibility. Expect to move, breathe, and explore, all with the goal of reconnecting to yourself and gently challenging perceived limitations.
